I was a professional Chef for 38 years, and I always relied on my knifes for doing part of my job. And always looking for the best way to maintain my knifes and sharpen them. This is one of the best sharping ways that I have now found. When first starting to use this: Take your time and be patient it will do a great job when you do so. This sharpener is best for most chefs knifes, and you can do most others. I went online to watch a few videos to learn some tips and see a few tricks first, before starting to use it. Over all a Great way to sharpen your non-serrated cutlery.
